From July 2 to July 3, members of the Global Hospital project team participated in the international workshop titled “De-/Valuations in Paid Care Work,” held at the University of Lucerne. During this event, Ursina Huber, Mara Köhler, Anita Prša, and Julia Rehsmann presented their research designs and approaches for upcoming fieldwork. The workshop created a collaborative space to explore how paid care work is valued and devalued across various sites, occupational groups, and geographic locations.
