Miriam Schwaiger

Miriam is the research administrator of the research group. She supports the team in all organisational and administrative matters, ideas and plans. Simultaneously, she is also an MA student at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, working on topics related to medical anthropology and public health. For her Master’s thesis, she is focusing on diabetes in the Philippines, more specifically on access to diabetic care, diabetes technologies and knowledge in rural areas in the Philippines.
